I have every right to deny / refuse any commission.

I have every right to cease labor with the client due to poor communication or inappropriate behavior.

If a commission is cancelled mid-work, I will receive due payment for any work created so far.

NO refunds will be given once an initial sketch is created.

payment is due once a final sketch is completed, upon payment, the final piece will be sent in due time.

there will be no major revisions once the final sketch is approved by the client.

if a major revision is absolutely necessary, I will issue an additional fee of up to 20% of the original price.

For such case of a time-sensitive project, please contact me at least 2 weeks in advance. (an additional fee for rushing shall be issued for up to 10-20% depending on the time-constraint.)

You may use my commissioned art for self-promotion as long as I am credited [@anameruvt], monetary-profit such as reselling and prints are prohibited unless discussed with me beforehand and approved.
